Refunds and Returns

• Grow Kits: Due to the nature of the product, we offer a 30-day exchange policy on unopened grow kits. Opened grow kits are eligible for exchange only if contamination occurred.
• Research Cultures: We accept exchanges on contaminated cultures within 15 days of delivery, provided they have not been used with any other vendor's products.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
