Product Use and Restrictions

  • Grow Kits: Our mushroom grow kits are intended for cultivating gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. They are not intended for use with our liquid research cultures. It is your responsibility to ensure that any cultures or spores used with our grow kits comply with all local laws and regulations.
  • Research Cultures: Our liquid research cultures are intended for research and educational purposes only, such as microscopy and studying fungal growth. They are NOT for cultivation or human consumption. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of these cultures complies with all local laws and regulations.

Mushluvin does not condone or promote any illegal activities. The cultivation, possession, or consumption of certain mushrooms may be illegal in your area. It is your sole responsibility to research and understand the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction before purchasing or using our products.

Liability & Indemnification

  • Mushluvin shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Mushluvin harmless from any claims related to your use of our products.

Refunds and Returns

  • Grow Kits: Due to the nature of the product, we offer a 30-day exchange policy on unopened grow kits. Opened grow kits are eligible for exchange only if contamination occurred.
  • Research Cultures: We accept exchanges on contaminated cultures within 15 days of delivery, provided they have not been used with any other vendor's products.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

All content on this website is the property of Mushluvin and protected by intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws2 principles.
